How Does Frank Save Ava?

Frank quickly realizes that Ava and he are trapped in a building surrounded by these killers, but it’s even worse than he initially thought.

The biggest betrayal comes when Frank discovers Doug’s involvement in the conspiracy. Doug had known all along that the narcotics officers were planning to kill Ava.
