Zoe Cipres’ Dream of Acting Began Early

This deep desire led her to the William Esper Studio, a prestigious drama school in New York City known for teaching the Meisner technique, which focuses on emotional connection.

From Hawaii to Japan

Before breaking into acting, Cipres worked as a model. While still in high school, she traveled regularly from Hawaii to Japan for modeling gigs.

Quick Training for ‘Rescue: HI-Surf’

Cipres’ role in Rescue: HI-Surf required her to intense physical preparation. She only had four days to train before shooting began, as she was the last to be cast in the series.

While the rest of the cast had two weeks of training, Cipres managed to keep up, dedicating herself to swimming, surfing, and lifeguard drills throughout the filming process.

Though she grew up in Hawaii, she admitted that she didn’t have extensive experience with water sports, but her familiarity with the ocean helped her adapt quickly.
