The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that the Round 2 NEET UG seat allotment results for 2024 are set to be announced today.
Candidates who participated in the counseling process for MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programs can check their results by visiting the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.
Post-result, students must proceed to their designated colleges for document verification and admission.
Steps to Check NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Results
- Go to the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in.
- Find the “UG Medical Counselling” section.
- Click on the link for “Result of Round 2 NEET UG 2024.”
- View and download your result.
- Print the result for your records.
Candidates are required to report to their allocated colleges between September 20 and September 27, 2024, for joining and verification.
Institutions will validate the data of admitted students from September 28 to September 30, 2024.
NEET UG 2024 Round 2 Counselling Timeline
The registration for Round 2 NEET UG opened on September 13 and concluded on September 16, 2024.
The choice filling and locking period took place from September 6 to September 16, 2024, with seat allotment processing occurring from September 17 to September 18, 2024.
This round of counseling encompasses about 1.10 lakh MBBS seats across approximately 710 medical colleges, 1,000 BDS seats, along with Ayush and nursing seats.
The MCC handles the counseling for 15 percent of All-India Quota seats, 100 percent of seats in AIIMS and JIPMER Pondicherry, all central university seats, and all deemed university seats.
