On August 17th, 2024, tensions flared in the household as Koyel tried to force Prabha out, but Vedant intervened. The situation became more complicated due to concerns for Dadi’s health, who was showing signs of improvement. Koyel argued that Dadi, being innocent and unaware of Prabha’s past deeds, deserved better care. She questioned how someone like Prabha, who had once abandoned her own child, could be trusted to care for an elderly woman. However, Vedant’s aunt suggested that Prabha’s presence might actually help Dadi regain her ability to speak, a condition she had been struggling with.

Koyel, feeling cornered, played the victim, crying and accusing Vedant of reminding her that she was just a stepmother to him. Meanwhile, Rudra, another member of the household, found himself caught in a moral dilemma. On one side was his mother, and on the other was Koyel. Vedant assured him that he would manage the situation, insisting that Prabha would stay not as a family member but merely as Dadi’s caretaker. Rudra agreed with Vedant’s decision and even mentioned discussing a fair salary for Prabha in return for her services.

Once the family members dispersed, Prabha shared a moment of gratitude with Swara, who had kept her promise to help Prabha stay in the house. Swara vowed to restore all of Prabha’s rights within the household, one step at a time. However, Koyel overheard this conversation and warned Swara that she had chosen the wrong person to mess with.

Swara, undeterred, boldly declared that Koyel would soon face the consequences of her actions, with the support of the divine Ambe Ma. Later that night, Abhimanyu questioned Dhwani about why Prabha had been locked in the storeroom, hinting that he found Prabha’s bracelet there. Dhwani denied any involvement, suggesting the bracelet might have fallen during the Teej festival.

Meanwhile, Vedant and Swara shared a brief, heartfelt conversation. Swara, noticing Vedant’s distress, offered him a listening ear, urging him to express his feelings.

The tension took a dark turn when Koyel visited a snake peddler. She purchased a snake with venom potent enough to paralyze its victim, causing severe pain, and if left untreated, could lead to death. Koyel sinisterly planned to use the snake to eliminate Swara on the day of Nag Panchami, hoping this would finally remove her from her path.

The next morning, Swara busied herself with the preparations for the Nag Panchami puja. Her dedication and knowledge of the rituals impressed Vedant’s aunt, who expressed her admiration. Swara explained that she had learned these traditions by observing her mother and grandmother since childhood. She emphasized that one could learn anything if they truly wanted to.

As the family members got ready for the puja, Swara headed to the kitchen to prepare the prashad, while Vedant’s aunt prayed for blessings upon Swara. Unbeknownst to them, Koyel was preparing to execute her deadly plan. She brought the snake, hidden in a basket, into the house, muttering to herself that Swara’s time was nearing its end.

The episode ended on this ominous note, leaving viewers on edge about the fate of Swara and the escalating conflict within the household.

Episode ends.
