Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit to Ghaziabad on September 18 was a spectacle of development.
At Ghantaghar Ramlila Maidan, he inaugurated and laid the foundation for 111 projects with a combined value of ₹757 crores.
This significant event comes ahead of the by-election for the Ghaziabad city assembly seat, emphasizing the CM’s commitment to urban progress.
The day’s program, running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., featured high-profile inaugurations and the laying of foundation stones. Among the highlights were ten major projects that the CM inaugurated.
These included a 50-bed hospital in Dundahaeda, new police barracks, a primary health center in Ward 26, and a state-of-the-art MRF center in Khoda.
Additionally, the installation of a water hydrant in Sahibabad and the construction of Uttaranchal Bhawan and Purvanchal Bhawan were also revealed.

- 50 Bedded Combined Hospital in Dundahaeda: A new healthcare facility aimed at improving medical services in the area.
- New Police Barracks: Added infrastructure for police stations in Vijaynagar, Sihani Gate, Muradnagar, and Bhojpur.
- CC Road in Loha Mandi: Enhancing road connectivity in the industrial zone.
- Road Widening in Amrit Steel Compound: To ease traffic congestion and support industrial activities.
- Primary Health Center in Ward 26: Replacing the old community center to provide better healthcare services.
- Uttaranchal Bhawan and Purvanchal Bhawan: New buildings to support regional administration and cultural activities.
- Valmiki Auditorium: A new venue for public events and community gatherings.
- MRF Center in Khoda: Modernizing waste management facilities.

Security and Traffic Management
In preparation for the high-profile event, Ghaziabad Police implemented strict security measures. Areas such as Nagar Kotwali, Vijaynagar, and others were designated no-drone zones.
Traffic diversions and parking arrangements were meticulously planned to facilitate the smooth running of the program.
